Ranking factors

One of things that I am doing is consistency testing and analyzing what is working and not working. I only going over these three topics with most basic information that you will for your site with optimization, social signals, citations.

On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO

These factors still play into your searchable content inside of Google, but I will referring to Texas Real Estate SEO for local search through most of the content. Then, some of thing that will be reliable for you to do with your pages.

Internal linking is what I am going be talking since you probably know about all the other stuff on On-Page SEO factors like: title, tags, permalinks, etc. and it’s a lot to cover but it’s not the focus on blog post with that kind of content within these pages. Internal linking is silos pages that you want link together and come to one conclusion for all of your pages to share all the link juice inside of your website. One of the main focus is giving on page all the juice to rank and you write article on your own content to help boost you relevance of that particular page on Google!

Link building outside of your site and this is still important aspect on your link building strategy. Today is more about quality of links to your site that will be relevant inside of Google and making sure your site is mobile friendly on your site. Since so many people are looking on Mobile search engine you are going want to create desk top and mobile. Let’s drive back to link building and creating more things on your site through web 2.0’s like WordPress, blogger, live journal you are going be looking for sites that have high trust flow and domain authority.

Do social Signals matter for SEO?

So many people have been talking about these for years and now finally agrees that social signals help with ranking. One of things that they suggest is only Google +1 are the only ones that are accounting towards do follow links with your website. One of the biggest factors inside local SEO and getting ranked on Google is your citations with Yelp, foursquare and there are multiple different platforms about your business. These are as important with reviews on your site, you can think as these like LinkedIn with recommendations. More reviews that you on website is going help you out rank all the people inside of your industry and helping people make decisions on your business or service that you provide.

This pretty much sums it up with all the three factor of local business with Real Estate. Not to mention, these are factors that are working for people that are inside of SEO. If, people are looking for a particular service you will come inside of Google search engines.
